East Asia

We are now going to start learning about East Asia. The Countries in East Asia are China, Mongolia, North and South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. Some of the physical features include the Himalayas which is home to the tallest mountain in the world, Mount Everest, the Mongolian plateau, the Altai mountains, the North China Plain, and Tian Suan. The major rivers are the Huang He, the Chang Jiang, and the Xi Jiang. East Asia is very over populated. It has a population of 1,485,103,000. and in only a 4,550,811 spuare mile range.
